TRANSACTION NOTES:

New England Standard will check your payment against any open invoices and update your account. A printable receipt will be generated on-page once the transaction is approved. You will also receive an email with the details. (Be sure to check your spam folder.)

Your private information is secured using SSL (Secure Sockets Layer), the leading security protocol on the Internet. Information is encrypted and exchanged with an https server.

Unless otherwise discussed at the onset of a project, payment is due 15 days after completion. Open invoices that go beyond 30 days will incur a 5% increase. Invoices that go beyond 45 days will incur a 10% increase. Accounts that remain unpaid at 60 days will incur a 20% increase, and unless arrangements are made within 3 business days, will be sent to collections.

This section is a huge bummer to write, and I’m sure it’s not much fun to read. Both of those pale in comparison to what a drag it is to actually enforce any of the above policies.
